Your mind, body & soul.

Life is hard to navigate. If communicating with others is difficult, if you constantly feel nervous, are grieving, or having family and relationship problems, I am here for you.

I have a passion for working with people overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, or persistent sadness. You may struggle finding balance in your life, feeling at peace with who you are, or expressing your needs in relationships.

Do you feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, or avoiding difficult emotions? I will help you develop a personalized set of tools to ease the emotional distress that weighs you down, more importantly, you will feel confident, capable, & secure in your relationships & daily life.

Who Do I Work With?

I specialize in working with adults — ages 24 and up —who are navigating anxiety, depression, and patterns of self-criticism. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals, caregivers, or creatives who seem to have it all together on the outside but are quietly overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected from themselves. Common themes include people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, indecisiveness, and relentless overthinking.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, navigating a life transition, or simply craving a deeper connection to yourself, I’m here to support you. I help people shift out of survival mode and into a more grounded, intentional, and empowered way of living.

Insurance:

I’m in-network with Aetna in California and Oregon. Understanding insurance and therapy costs can feel overwhelming—but it doesn’t have to be. By partnering with Alma, they make it as smooth and stress-free as possible, so you can focus on what truly matters: your healing and growth.
